The design composition integrates the volumes of the primary functions creating a legible integrated whole. The five-story retail podium hosts a naturally lit enclosure and glass ‘Crystal Lotus’ as its defining centrepiece. Combined with the office lobby’s tessellated glass envelope it underlines the project’s ambition and CLOU’s commitment to excellence in design and construction.
